We need: (1) approximate dimensions, (2) design reference (sketch/image/description), (3) desired LED color(s), (4) quantity estimate, and (5) power preference (AC/DC). A rough napkin sketch is enough to start — our designers handle the rest.

How much does a custom motif light cost?

Pricing depends on size, LED count, frame complexity, and order quantity. Small motifs (30-50cm): $25-60/unit. Medium (1-2m): $80-200/unit. Large (3-5m): $300-1,000+/unit. Significant volume discounts apply at 100+ units. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Do you handle copyrighted or licensed designs?

We manufacture to your specifications. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the rights to reproduce any copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs. We can sign NDAs for proprietary corporate designs.

How long does custom design take from concept to delivery?

Typical timeline: 1 day for design review, 7 days for sample production, 2-3 days for shipping/sample approval, 20-35 days for mass production, 7-15 days for ocean freight. Total: approximately 8-10 weeks from concept to delivery.

Can you replicate an existing decoration I have?

Yes. Send us photos with dimensions and any specifications you have. We can reverse-engineer existing designs and often improve durability and LED efficiency in the process.

What is the minimum order for a completely new custom design?
